I currently live in Alberta with my husband and our 2 amazing doggos, Kali and Ruger. My husband and I spend the majority of our free time exploring all that the outdoors has to offer. We enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and taking long walks with our dogs. I’m also an avid baker who enjoys making all kinds of goodies for friends and family.
I look forward to connecting with you!

Step into a more authentic, empowered version of yourself. I provide a safe, inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life patterns with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I am a Master’s-level student completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, building on an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. Growing up in a rural community instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature, connection, and service. These values continue to guide my work today. Before entering the counselling field, I spent nearly two decades in direct client care across a variety of community-based settings.
Grounded in humanistic principles and Evergreen’s holistic, client-centred approach, I support individuals, couples, and families in cultivating resilience, clarity, and meaningful relationships. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, enhance emotional well-being, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I offer both virtual and in-person counselling sessions with flexible evening and weekend availability, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
