I work with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re facing personal struggles, professional challenges, or relationship issues, we will build coping strategies, boost self-awareness, and foster resilience together.

I provide tailored counselling services—both virtually and in person—including support for relationship and family dynamics, workplace issues, binge eating, therapy for mental health professionals, group therapy, and clinical supervision.
