I am a Master’s-level student completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, building on an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. Growing up in a rural community instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature, connection, and service. These values continue to guide my work today. Before entering the counselling field, I spent nearly two decades in direct client care across a variety of community-based settings.

Grounded in humanistic principles and Evergreen’s holistic, client-centred approach, I support individuals, couples, and families in cultivating resilience, clarity, and meaningful relationships. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, enhance emotional well-being, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. My role is to support you as you navigate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, so that you can work toward becoming the best version of yourself and achieving your goals in a compassionate and supportive environment. I deeply value your autonomy and believe that you already hold the strength and ability to create the changes you wish to see in your daily life. Using a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, we will work together to explore the root causes of your challenges and build practical strategies, coping skills, and tools that foster sustainable, long-term change.
